These terms govern your use of the quittingzyn.com website and the SnusFree mobile app (together, "the Services"). By using the Services you agree to them.

Not medical advice

The Services provide general information about nicotine use and a tool for tracking it. They are not medical advice, and no clinician-patient relationship is created. Nicotine dependence is a medical matter: talk to a doctor, dentist, pharmacist or a quit-line before changing your intake, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have a cardiovascular condition. Taper schedules on this site are illustrative starting points, not prescriptions, and you are responsible for the plan you choose to follow.

Nothing here promotes nicotine use

The Services exist to help people reduce and stop nicotine use. They are not intended for anyone who does not already use nicotine, and not for anyone under the legal purchase age in their country.

Subscriptions

Parts of the app require a paid subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies. Where required by law, you may have additional withdrawal rights.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own. All content in the Services — text, schedules, illustrations and branding — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Services: no reverse engineering, no attempts to bypass purchase mechanisms, and no use of the content to build a competing product.

Disclaimer and liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for health outcomes resulting from decisions you make about nicotine use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health where such limits are not permitted.

Trademarks

ZYN is a registered trademark of Swedish Match North America LLC. This site is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Swedish Match, Philip Morris International or any pouch manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe the products this site helps people stop using, as nominative fair use.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. If you keep using the Services after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law & contact
